STARTING MONDAY 5/19/2025!

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most effective martial arts in the world—and it’s built on the idea that leverage and strategy can beat size and strength. It’s a practical system that gives you the tools to stay calm, in control, and capable, no matter who’s in front of you.
At 360 Defense Windham, Coach Joe Keith leads our authentic BJJ program. Joe trains under Black Belt Charlie McShane, who earned his black belt from Marcio "Macarrão" Stambowsky, a respected pioneer in the sport. While we aren’t formally affiliated with Marcio or his team, we honor that lineage and the high standards it represents.
Joe brings a calm, detail-focused approach to teaching. Whether you're brand new or looking to sharpen your skills, you'll get high-quality instruction in a welcoming, no-pressure environment.
Our students come from all walks of life—parents, teachers, college students, first responders, and everyday folks just looking to challenge themselves and learn something real. No matter your background, you’re welcome on our mats.
Why Train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?
Train for Self-Defense
BJJ was designed to help the smaller person handle a bigger, stronger opponent using leverage, technique, and strategy. You’ll learn how to defend against headlocks, bear hugs, punches, chokes—you name it—and bring the fight into a position where you’re in control.
Train for Confidence
Confidence comes from knowing you can handle yourself. As you build skill on the mat, that mindset starts showing up everywhere—at work, at home, and in how you carry yourself. It’s one of the most powerful parts of Jiu-Jitsu.
Train for Fitness
You’ll get stronger, leaner, and improve your cardio—all without doing the same old gym routine. BJJ works muscles you didn’t even know you had, and it does it in a way that’s challenging, engaging, and always changing.
Train for Fun
At the end of the day, Jiu-Jitsu is just fun. You’ll step out of your routine, shake off stress, and train with a group of people who are there to help—not hurt. It’s hard work, but you’ll leave every class feeling better than when you walked in.
