At 360 Defense Windham, we combine Krav Maga for real-world self-defense with Kickboxing for striking power and endurance. This mix gives you the best of both—efficient, no-nonsense self-defense and technical striking skills.

Kids' Martial Arts (Ages 5+)

Our kids’ program focuses on teaching practical skills for self-defense, confidence, and discipline. Through structured training, kids will:

  • Learn age-appropriate self-defense in a safe, supportive environment

We teach kids to manage bullying situations with verbal and physical confidence, always emphasizing awareness, avoidance, and self-control.

Adult Jiu-Jitsu – Learn to Handle Yourself on the Ground
